Jim was the founder, and one of the three owners of Lewis, Wolcott & Dornbush Real Estate, which became Summit Sotheby's International Realty in 2008. After serving as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and 10 years as a stockbroker for Dean Witter, he joined Gump & Ayers Real Estate in 1981 and was later affiliated with Coleman Land Company prior to founding Lewis Realty in 1987. Lewis, Wolcott & Dornbush Real Estate was launched in 1992.
Jim is a graduate of the University of Utah earning a B.S. in Banking and Finance and an MBA. He has served as a director of the Park City Board of Realtors and was Realtor of the Year in 1990. Jim is a lifetime member of both the Park City and Salt Lake City Board of Realtors Achievement Awards designees.
Jim and his wife, Tina, live in the Old Town area of Park City and share a passion for the restoration of Old Town's historic buildings, including their own home on Woodside Avenue. br>
Having been active in many organizations and a number of major real estate developments in the Park City area, Jim now focuses on real estate sales and utilizes his experience in construction, design, and the governmental process to benefit his clients.
